Make sure your listings can be geocoded!
Google Base and Zillow won't even accept your listings if they can't be geocoded. Before uploading a new listings to MLS, be sure the address can be geocoded by first typing it into http://maps.google.com.
Common mistakes are adding Apt./Unit on the first address line or using abbreviations like RCR instead of County Road.
