Giri, making connection to PreviewMyEmail's API is very easy. No matter which programming language you are using, if you are able to make HTTP GET/POST connections, you can easily connect to the API.
Unfortunately, we don't have any examples in .NET but as mentioned in http://www.previewmyemail.com/help/ap..., you can get connected to the API with a few parameters. Here's an example which will return your available credits:

Here's the output:
