temporary disable of amazon/sdc links

A temporary disable will make it easier to guide users to where the product is available (namely Amazon or select PW partners) without 'cloaking' the product from future SDC optimization. Not a huge issue, but I've come across a couple of these such as http://www.productwiki.com/linksys-nm....

This idea could be taken further and applied in other ways eg/ all new entries should be created with ads temporarily disabled.
