Links in RSS feed title tags not showing up in lifestream

It seems links in RSS feeds title tags are stripped out, making some feeds show up without crucial information in the lifestream. See for example the RSS from Living Social where the name of a book is linked to a page in that site, when washed through Profilactic the link and link content is stripped out making the feed rather pointless.

Could this be fixed?
