New ratings notification need to be clearer
New rating notifications are a little vaue, the message box shows: "Your postings have been rated 1 time for an average of 3.50" for example, but I don't know which posting. It'd be nice to know exactly which most had actually been rated. At the moment I have to hunt around my posts to see what has a matching rating value and it's very frustrating!

Alrighty. As of a couple of days ago you can expand the "you've been rated" line in your notifications to actually which chapters were rated what, and how many times each.
Hopefully this will appease the great unwashed Protago-masses for the time being. ;)

Inappropriate?I wasn't really intending it to be a big list of your posts that got rated recently - just a bird's eye view of what's been going on. Imagine if you were an author like Tasha_Noble and had 40 or 50 new ratings between sign-ins, it'd be pretty overwhelming. I don't think just listing them all is the best option... I'll give it some thought but not sure it needs changing right now.

Inappropriate?Ahh, I see. So when it says 'your posts have been rated for an average of...' it's talking about the average rating across what might be multiple posts/different branches/etc?
That wasn't immediately apparent to me as a user, since there isn't any way to tell if those rating are across multiple different posts or not.
Perhaps instead just changing the wording slightly to something like: '5 of your posts have been rated at an average of 3.74' or something like that? -
Inappropriate?Perhaps an 'activities on my posts' feed would fill this need nicely, so you can track what people are doing on/to your posts without it getting in the way of the rest of the site.

Inappropriate?whoops, just asked for this in another session ---- what if there was an option within profile mgmt. that allowed for specific versus aggregate posting info? I'd actually be interested in seeing which ones (one? lol) are being read. -
