Inappropriate?I think they mentioned once 2.0 ships since it's WebKit they plan to work on an Android version, but not sure if there's been anything solid since then.
Looking forward to it!

Inappropriate?KentK's right that the app was built in WebKit with an eye toward other platforms in the future. But we currently don't have any immediate plans for other platforms including Android. This is not because we don't think other platforms are worthwhile; it's more of a resource issue.

Then why don't you devote some resources? Don't you get the message that folks want this on android...lord forbid that somone does not use an iphone... -
I'm just getting into Android development but I have a long history of software development behind me. I *very much* want to write a public radio streaming client for Android -- just to scratch a personal itch. However, you guys (PRP) have the master list of URLs for the station streams. As Public Radio Player isn't a money making venture, perhaps I can write the Android client?

Inappropriate? Is there any news on this? I just went from iPhone to a Motorola Droid and the only thing I miss is the public radio app.
