Attaching documents to email
I receive most of my documents via email in PDF format. If I drag the items into the Accounting Inbox, they won’t be images, right? How do I solve that problem?

Inappropriate?You export the document and attach it to an email. We actually have a new feature in the works that will automate this. In ‘Filing’, right click on a document and select ‘Export’. You can export as JPEG or PDF if it is a multi-page document. JPEG and PDF are standard format - your recipients will have no problem viewing them.
