Trouble opening large docs (AT&T bill) – program freezes up each time we attempt to open – we then have to close program and restart

Inappropriate?Yes this can be problem because of Internet limitations. It is best dealt with by scanning in documents as multipage images at 200dpi (usually 200-300kb files). Document might be very large but the system only deals with one page at a time. Very large files will remain a problem until the next internet speed bump up!
