I am unable to check a file back in I keep getting an error message
Please help me, I am having difficulty checking a file back into QC docs and get an error message

Inappropriate?This issue has been resolved via telephone. If you experience this issue please try these:
1. Make sure Quickbooks is close.
2. Sometimes Quickbooks will not shut down properly. Open your task manager (Ctrl alt del and Processes tab) and end the qb32 process.
3. QCDocs Systems may be trying to check in your file into a directory that does not exist. This can happen when you work on more than one computer. Verify that your check in file location is correct by opening 'Check In/Check Out' from the Tools menu. Right click on the file and select 'Set file location'.
