How will others in the company retrieve documents? Right now the documents are located in folders on the server – employees can open the folders themselves, attach documents in the folders to emails, etc. How will this work using QCDocs? I can’t switch over any of our POs or Invoices yet until I can be sure any employee can get them. . .

Inappropriate?The Filing system in QCDocs is very similar. Your employees can be given access to any folder and they will be able to submit, edit, and export documents from those folders. In order to manage folder access, go to ‘Setup’ and select the ‘Filing Structure’ tab.
