I just installed v.0.0.7 for my g1 and the first test run worked great. The upload speed is still slow. The finished video on my page is more complete. Keep it up!
I love the ability to record using my iPhone 3G and qik. I do however always seem to accidentally cover the mic up with my fingers when holding the phone. It would be nice to have an audio level overlay so that I could see that audio is in fact recording.
Hi I have recently recorded and have been trying to upload a video but it never succeeded.
I have to configure anything on my profile or my pda to upload a video?

On the G1, it appears that after running the qik app, any attempts to run the standard (Android 1.5) camcorder app instead open the qik app! This condition clears with reboot.
New Alph version crashing on omnia 910. It loads up you can register even set up then camera comes on for 5 secs and it freezes up my phone. need to reset to get phone working again. I am using Cracked cc20 Rom.
I love this app for my Android phone... I also know it's "alpha" right now. Recently, the screen goes black 2 sec after pressing the record button.... more recently (today)... I get a whole list of java codes when the app is opened, then the screen goes black..can't even see a picture on the screen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled... taken out my battery....etc. HELP!!!!
QIK was working fine, but today it disappeared from my iphone and several of my friends iphones
Cydia Still thinks it is installed
I tried reinstall and remove, reboot and reinstall
Spotlight can no longer find it

Works on WM6.5 21222, but so did the older version.
4.00 Alfa on a Omnia (i910) issues:
* Didn't update facebook account to say I was streaming.
* Only works when starting the application from landscape
* When held portrait it tries to flip to landscape but hangs at a white screen. If you tap
around you can push buttons but never recovers.
* When I login is displays someone else's username (qik7) but still streams on the right account
I'm going to update to a newer rom and try again and report back. Thanks for the update and keep up the good work Qik team!
We have been working hard to get the best Android client out there for our users. We appreciate our users' feedback and the new version has included the following:
- Force close cases are taken care of
- Video parsing is done correctly. The whole video makes it to the server now.
* Delay indication during streaming.
* Stream restoring indication added (Uploading unsent data xx%).

How do you fix a live streaming issue in which it only streams for about a minute and then the stream stops? I am on a BlackBerry 8330 and I'm running OSX 4.5.0.77. Please help!
How difficult will it be to enable Qik for the 1.5 version of T-Mobile G1 Android phone? It can now record video (3gp format) so I'm hopeful we can get Qik working soon.

Titles don't get added, in the older version if the title was added after filming, it was added to the video
Public/Private can still be toggled with hardware keys, but Twitter on/off can't be changed.

I have been trying to connect with facebook and I get this response:

I've tried to connect from facebook as well and it says:

There are still a few kinks Facebook and the makers of Qik are trying to iron out. We appreciate your patience as we try to fix these issues. Your problem has been logged - if it persists, please come back in a few days. Thanks!"
NEW beta TEST rom from Samsung for Omnia I-910 and qik 2_25 wont completely load need help wonder if newer beta version of qik ppc software?
flashed my phone with a newer ROM and when QIK 2_25 is installed and you run it? it switches phone to landscape mode, shows white screen with windows mobile loading animation and hangs there taking more and more ram... this version of qik with the older rom before upgrade worked fine, its either due to newer video drivers on device or camera drivers is there a way to fix to get qik to load?
