Hi, I took some videos with Qik on my iPhone (http://qik.com/jcabrera) and I have "YouTube account has been set up" on the Networks page and "Send all videos" activated but it didn't send any of the videos I qiked.
Why doesn't it work? Should I do something else?
Or if it isn't available at the moment... is there a way to send it when I'm back on my PC or do I have to download them and send them to YouTube?
What port for wifi? i have wifi at home and it uploads at MAX like 40kbps, however with 3g it will upload at 300"kbps, i think my port needs to be opened.. what port does qik use?
is there a max buffer for qik? i recorded a video last weeka nd it was a 15 minute video, at about 10 minutes in the buffer got to 10000kb, after that the program still functioned normal and i thought it was going to be fine, but after reviewing the video at about 10 minutes, the video stopped changing frames, the audio still worked, but not the video...i assume the buffer max would be how ever much free space you had on your device, which i have over 2gb free, so i know that's not the restriction..
I installed Qik on my N95 8GB. The connection via my standard Internet setting "Vodafone live" always fails with the same error "Network timeout!". What can I do to get connected? Which port does Qik use? Is this probably because Vodafone blocks several ports due to my "unlimited" data plan?
I jailbroke my iPhone and installed Qik. I can make video clips using the 'record' button and they instantly appear on my Qik profile.... but I can't figure out how to get a live video stream going.
I've gone through all the menu options and I just can't find it. Please help?
On both my old and new phone after it works (motorola q and touch diamond) until I install Blackberry connect... is there any way to direct it to use a specific connection (Media Net intead of Blackberry) if that's the problem at all.
I see on the sign up page you have plans on supporting the HTC Touch, TytanII and a couple of other HTC devices, I was wondering if you had any plans on supporting the HTC Titan which is the Mogul from Alltel, Sprint, Verizon.
Is Qik compatible with Samsung i8510? I have download the software, and I've installed it. However it my mobile keeps rebooting every time I start the program.
How do I configure Qik so that it doesn't store video on handset memory, but rather on my storage card (which has a lot more storage)? The reason I ask is that my N73 has precious little storage, and Qik just devours it, leading to stream interruption, system crashes, and many errors requiring me to manually clean up the mess.
