Alpha won't work on Blackberry Storm
I've spent hours fiddling with Qik on my Blackberry Storm. Loaded beta version, used compatabily mode, disabled compatabily mode, still won't work and there's no way to close the app without a battery pull. This is my second time trying Qik, and I'm not sure I'll ever be ready for a third. Will you ever have a working solution for the Storm?

We are working on producing an official version for the storm. Could you try re downloading the alpha version for the storm from www.qik.com/dl/298? For Qik to work, the compatibility mode needs to be disabled. I understand that you have tried and would wish to ask you to do it again when you have re downloaded the second time round. You should be able to switch compatibility mode off manually: Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications. Find Qik, press menu and find something like 'Compatibility mode' and switch it off.
If the error still persist, let us know the error message that you are getting.

It seemed to work better on this install. At least I was able to upload videos. Still don't have a way to et out of the app without doing a battery pull, but I'm sure you're aware of that.

Compatibility mode is off but when i try to sign in the error is
'Could not connect via 3G network.Select a connectio type:
3G Network
Disconnect
Stay on 3G Network
I activate 3G network on my phone.
What do i have to do?
