Can't see video stream from BlackBerry Curve 8330

Why don't I see the streaming video on my personal page? I'm using a new BlackBerry 8330 which is on the supported phones list. It has full data plan -- have checked with web page access. But when the appplication runs, I don't see the video streaming to www.qik.com/{myusername}.

What could be the problem and the fix?
