Change to "real" password instead of twitter login

I did setup my Qik account using Twitter sign in but now when I want to set a password on my Qik account I don't have a current one to change. I need a "real" account with password to login with my mobile phone as the application (Qik on Android) can't login with twitter. How do I solve this???
