Controls don't work on the AT&T Fuze / HTC Touch Pro

I recently got the HTC Fuze / Touch Pro from ATT. Installed Qik and i'm able to stream. However, i cannot control the Zoom / Twitter Alert / Privacy Settings, ETC... Is this a BUG, am i doing something wrong... or what?
