Hi,

Are you using BlackBerry handheld?

Please check BlackBerry OS version (Settings -> Options -> About). At the moment, Qik supports BlackBerry OS v4.3, v4.5, v4.6. If you are using OS v4.2, you may want to upgrade your handheld software.
