How to stop Iphone camera from going into standby mode during stream?
How can I stop my iphone camera from going into standby mode when streaming with qik for more than 10-15 minutes?

and when can i expect a new version? i suspect it has to do with random notifications (pushim or mail or something). In either case, a version update doesn't really give me much confidence since all the "official' versions you put out don't even allow streaming... just uploading after recording with the big new update only allowing uploading over 3g. That's weak. your program is for streaming, not uploading. Youtube is for uploading, not qik. Don't know you you folks at qik understand what I mean, but that's just how i feel. -

Inappropriate?well, i got the update with the standby fix. Unfortunately, after 27 minutes of streaming, it went into standby mode. I did manage to get it working better before the update by disabling all notifications (seems to have been the problem as I surmised before) and I got upwards of 50 minutes of streaming before my battery warning stopped the stream. I'll keep streaming to see if the update gives me better longevity than the 27 minutes I got (my battery only went down to 60% so it wasn't a battery warning). Thanks Alex.
