How to troubleshoot Blackjack II install, nothing happens after installation
I installed the Qik mobile application on my Blackjack II, but when I click the Qik icon in my start menu nothing happens. I can keep clicking on it and nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. Is there someway I can debug this problem on my phone?

It appears to stop/crash at some point while building this log. Any ideas? -

Inappropriate?Ditto on the Blackjack II. Firs ttwo or three times I started the app, it crashed and windows error reporting sent a llog. but that stopped and now nothing happens when I start Qik. I restarted phone and nothing happens when I start qik.

Inappropriate?There is a Qik folder under "my device" . There should be a few logs after you install and try to launch Qik

Inappropriate?Negative. I sent in all my log files as requested, but haven't heard back from anyone. Really hope they get this issue fixed so I can start using Qik!

i just got an error when i tried to open the qik app after install. it said could not open app because of a missing component or low memory -
Inappropriate?come on! there is absolutely no reason this issue shouldnt have been resolved the day it came up, much less two weeks later without so much as a word from the qik team! you guys are seriously dropping the ball

Inappropriate?Same problem on my blackjack 1, installs perfectly but will not start, the log file is virtually the same. It's incredibly frustrating to see this application get interested and then suddenly have the letdown of finding out it doesn't work, i can't believe nothing has happened in 16 days.
