iPhone: Can't receive SMS for activation!
I can't receive text messages from outside carriers. How do I get qik to work on my iPhone 2G? I have the client already.

Inappropriate?I have the same issue. The suffix to the url they give you that you can activate in a browser, IE http://qik.com/t3st123 is your activation code. Put that in your iPhone app and you'll be set! -

When you first sign up for qik a splash page appears with a URL you can go to in your phones browser. So the screen will say something like "Please wait for a text, or visit http://qik.com/randomstuffhere in your mobile browser". The gibberish that appears where "randomstuffhere" is will be your authentication code that you put into the iPhone app. -
