Qik problems in Nokia E71

I have a problem with the qik software in my Nokia E71. The video recording is slow, with suddenly stops, and don ́t record the audio properly (the audio don ́t match with the video). I delete the software (with all the videos) and reinstall it again in my mobile phone several times but the problem persist. I delete programs and videos from my phone to make more space available, but the problem persist (i have enough space, and all the other programs in my E71 seems to be ok, only Qik (my favorite) don ́t work. What can I do?
