Qik doesn't send PW to my Mogul. My username is Fiosguy.

I forgot my password. It says it will send it to my phone, but I get no SMS from QIK. Same thing happened when I first signed up, Qik sent the software to my phone. Great customer service!

I need my new PW, but it will not go via SMS to my phone (sprint mogul) automatically for some reason. Also, it says it is authorizing, never appears on QIK. I am DYING to use this app, can anyone help me?
