i changed phone to a nokia n95 8gb. i clicked on reinstall and no sms on my phone. what to do?

Inappropriate?They first responded by resending the sms to the phone... that didn't work for me at least. After 30 minutes it had not arrived...
So I asked again, and they sent the code to the phone, as well as in email. One SMS eventually arrived... from a number in the UK. Not sure if that makes a difference to you.
After that, all was well.
