Can you start Qik, go to Options and see if the Mute option is checked. Also, can you send your phone number to support@qik.com so that we can check the logs to see what could be going on?

i found problem in my FlashPlayer, when i open a lot of tabs, like a 5-6 with flash player, sound muted, but after restart, everything working fine!
