Stuck in authorizing, and forgot PW to site, won't send PW via SMS.

Please help me, I didn't get the software to install on my sprint mogul. My username is fiosguy. I called and Qik (awesome) sent the software via sms, but it says autorizing and that's it. Also I forgot my PW and when I went to reset it, it says it sent me a reset viz sms (which for some reason I do not get automatically from Qik and have to call to have itpushed). Please help :(
