Verizon MotoQ9C stays in "Authorizing" mode??
Was streaming fine for a few days with qik on the Q9C. Today, app wont pass from "authorizing" to "connected". I do get the default Chat message, and the red "recording" timestamp, but video dosent stream to the profile page, nore do they show up as posted videos. Private/public setting doesnt change anything - is this a qik thing or a verizon thing...

Inappropriate?Heya,
I'm glad it was resolved. It looks like it might have been a connection issue with your phone. = )
Cheers!

Inappropriate?I too have this issue on the Q9C. I am currently stuck in Authenticating mode. I had do do a master reset on the device (not due to Qik) and after i re-installed the CAB, and logged in, I got stuck.
Any advice?
I’m bummed out because i really like Qik

As a follow up: I have tried re-installing, but it never asked me my UN/PW. Perhaps I miskeyed the first try and now I am stuck in Authenticating?? (speculation)
I am on v 0.1.25, WinMo6, Verizon Q9C
The logs are available if you like. -
Inappropriate?Hey all -
Try removing everything Qik from the device, then go to your profile and click reinstall Qik. Download and install and try again.
Recently there was an update for Windows Mobile.
Good luck!

Thank you hrag.
I uninstalled Qik via the uninstall in settings. I then deleted the Qik folder in the root of the device and also verified that it was not anywhere in the registry. Reinstalled to no avail.
What I didnt realize was that you actually had to download the application again from the site to deauthorize the older copy. I had been reinstalling the CAB that I had orignallly downloaded.
So in your profile, below your avitar there should be a link to re-download QIK... if you use that file, you should be good to go. -
Awesome. Glad it is resolved! -
