where are my videos that fail to upload online?
First Disaster: OK Qik is a great idea but it uses a few new technologies that rely on each other, ie fast internet on phone. And these are bound to fail. And so when they fail you regret not picking up your simple camcorder, or just use the camera's video and upload to the internet... I have a windows mobile , samsung i780 with 3G access. I just lost a very spontaneous music performance in my living room that I recorded using Qik... It couldn't somehow upload as I was recording. It was saved in my sdcard and I saw the files last night, but now they arent there as well? I launched Qik this morning and tried to do another test and that didn't work too, did this test delete all my files from yesterday?

Inappropriate?Your last video has been uploaded today and previous one on 31st July.
If something has been recorder in offline it should be saved in //Qik/media or
//Storage Card/Qik/Media folders. Next time Qik goes online it uploads remained videos. Please make sure you don't have any files in specified folders. -
Inappropriate?yes. I had many files in the //Storage Card/Qik/Media folder. After the recording failed to upload I checked and confirmed. But now there are no files in that folder. Somehow they are deleted without being uploaded, which is the disaster. I signed off and signed back on on windows mobile phone to check if that was the issue and maybe that deleted my entire "media" drive but I don't see any reason it should do that....

Inappropriate?I recovered the files from sdcard using a recovery software for windows. I tried to put them in Sdcard's Media folder and launch Qik so it can somehow sync, but instead it deleted the files again. Is it possible for me to uploda these to Qik or view them on my computer? Thank you.

Inappropriate?Hi,
1. About sign off. You should be very careful because when you hit signoff Qik
deletes all temporary media data. Reason why we doing this is that you can sing in again as another user and Qik will restore files which belongs to different user.
2. Please send us restored *.qmf, *.des, *.inf files. (winmo at qik.com]) I will try to restore from my client. -
Inappropriate?Looks like client version a bit old on your device. can you try out this one,
it's for smartphones, thought I think it should run smoothly on your device.
