Why won't Qik's Touch UI show up on my Fuze?
When I start Qik on my HTC Fuze from AT&T, all I see is the Fuze's video screen (e.g., preview mode). If I touch the screen, it looks as if the Touch UI on both sides of the screen are trying to appear, but they don't stay in place ... just keep blinking in and out. If I remove my finger from the screen, the controls totally disappear and all I see is the camera view again. I know what it's supposed to look like from the Qik Blog ... but it's just not happening on my Fuze.

Inappropriate?Actually, I've done that 3 times, with a soft reset after uninstall and before the new install.
Some additional info that I've discovered since reporting this issue is that when I switched to camera mode (outside of Qik), I was in Video mode. So I switched it to Camera mode. The next time I entered Qik, everything worked fine. But, when I exited the program and re-entered it later, the same issue was there. I double-checked and the phone was still on camera mode and that when I exited the program, it was no longer in memory (not minimized). However, if I perform a soft reset, then Qik works fine again for the 1st time, but not subsequent runs of the app.
Hopefully this will help you further troubleshoot this issue, which can be considered downgraded to an intermittent issue with a workaround.
I want to add that when it is working ... it is working great! Beautiful streaming and I really can't believe the quality of video I'm getting from my Fuze. Great job!
