How does one use wyzo? Does it do anything at all?

I have just spent 1/2 hr mousing around every Wyzo page I could find, hoping to find out HOW to use it. I cannot find out how to download anything, cannot use BitTorrent, etc. Your FAQ's are a joke. Did you hide a page I missed? As of now Wyzo does NOTHING but promise. AND- on this page I see you offer FireTorrent and FireDownload. Are those real programs? What do they do? How do they work?
I'd like to try it [them???] - if you'll tell me how to do it.
