"Books" page should indicate which books have reviews, comments, and notes.

I'd love to see more details on my "books" page. The default "grid" display of just book covers and ratings isn't particularly helpful to me. Even the "list" layout is scanty and seems to be missing the most basic information. Currently displayed are the book's cover, title, and status, along with the rating I've assigned to the book. What about the book's author? ISBN? Year of Publication? Dates read? Any other helpful identifying information?

I think what's frustrating me most is that I'm unable to tell from this page which books I've reviewed, made notes for, or commented on. The ability to differentiate between notes, comments, and reviews is one of the features that keeps me coming back, but the current layout is off-putting. Without being able to easily see which books I've made notes about, keeping track of things here is going to seem increasingly chaotic as I continue to add books to my profile.
