Where's the "real" info?

A friend suggested that I take a look at this. I am not a youth pastor but I am a lay leader who shares a lot of the same feelings expressed on the site. I have some ideas of my own some of which have worked very well thus far. The trouble is this site doesn't really give any insite into the actual tooling for this "product". Is there another window that looks past the marketing and gets more into the meat? Not enough here to set a hook to go any farther.
