How do I change my personal PIN?
I forgot my PIN so I was sent a new one but now I want to change it to something I can remember. Where do I go on this site to change it????

Hi Alphonsus,
Try to log in by using the International format.
I.e. +1 732 XXX XXXX and then the PIN number below and it should work much better for you.
I would also recommend you to try to avoid posting your phone number or e-mail address here in Get Satisfaction since it's a Public forum and visible for all users.
You can of course contact us at customerteam@rebtel.com if you would still have problem to access your Rebtel account.

Inappropriate?i have the same problem. I have not been able to sign in. i wonder if the system recognises my phone number and password because it wouldn't say wrong number or pin yet it won't sign me in
