My account gets charged without connecting!
My account gets charged even when I have not connected. I did not think I get charge till today where I was checking to see why my credit goes down even when I have not connected. This is disturbing because I have so many charges without the completion of the calls. I wil have to disconnute the service if this is not corrected.

Inappropriate?Are you guys for real, you charge me for every call without connection made, do not do that, it is a fraud. I need you to credit back my credit card with all the call or dial without connection made. Then close my account, I'll not use your service any more because this company is FRAUD. I cannot pick up the phone and dial any one for customer service because you have no service. I'll dispute all the charges with my credit card company for fraud charges. And then I’ll report your company for FRAUD.
