In your Settings - Colours and Style section it says, "Customize the way your job board look for you and your visitors and users. You can start with a pre-designed theme and, optionally, customize it with your own colour scheme and background image."
How do you insert a background image?? When I click on the custom theme, it only allows me to change the colours, not add an image...

It seems you've spotted a typo.
We did plan to enable boards to have custom background images, but prior to release we decided to remove the feature and wait until it was requested. Unfortunately, that text seems to have been left behind from development and I have now removed it from the page to avoid confusion.
Is being able to have a background image a deal-breaker for you?
