Catalogs should be distributed electronically, come on REI...
Subject: Catalogs; I have reached out to REI customer service numerous times suggesting that they offer PDF email distribution of catalogs versus the hard copies they mail. They market so many products as sustainable but do not offer electronic copies of their catalogs, which there are way too many of. Please contact them and request they make electronic copies available.

Inappropriate?*baffle?* The entirety of REI offerings is available online at http://rei.com/ -- how is this not access? The seasonal catalogs in print don't have all items, so just pdf-ing those pages wouldn't give as complete a set of items as the website...
REI should not be Sears - it's not a catalog-driven mail-order biz, even if it handles mail- and special orders well.
You can reset your catalog receive/don't receive preference at the website, or at any store. Signing up for GearMail (info, new gear, current hot and/or sale items) is a whole separate step.
