Is there any way that a person can be related to more than one family? For example, Jane Smith Doe is the child of John Smith but the wife of James Doe.

This was in the original specs for the application but was removed at an early date in place of more commonly used functionality.
We definitely would consider bringing this back into the system at some point if we get enough requests for it.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the feedback. I could see benefits of having such multiple associations within the application. For example, contacting next/closest kin in case of an emergency (Father and Mother do not answer phones, but Sister is not listed/linked because her name has changed and she is associated with her husband's family instead. Or perhaps when trying to generate a report for a family reunion or some such.
Thanks again for the consideration. Certainly not a show-stopper. Just one of those "wish-it-were-there" sort of things.
