Locked out of the system?
Deleting your initial person entry causes you to get locked out of the system.
When we setup your account we create a person in your system with your credentials locked into it. Currently you are able to delete this user and most people do because the first thing they do is create their own family and then delete the extra record.
This causes us to lose your credentials so we want to advise you that this is on the list to be resolved this evening.
