Suggestion for adding people
It seems a bit odd to me that from the People page there is no way to add a new Person....nor is there a direct link on a family page to add a Person either, you have to open up the search first, in order to find a link to add someone. Since there doesn't seem to be any other link for adding a person, not sure what the point of having to open the search window is. I also couldn't find any place to add new users to the system or change the password, is that even available?

Thank you for contacting us regarding your concerns.
You're right it could probably use a better method. We experimented with some direct links on the right but had trouble with the verbiage explaining what each one did. That person finder is used on different portions of the website and is used when you want to add an existing person to the family, or group, or process manager, so it was the most efficient method for doing so in a familiar environment.
We're unsure as of right now whether the instructions need to be more clear, or we need to think about an additional link verbiage to explain the 2 separate methods.

Inappropriate?What would make the most sense to me would be to simply have an "Add Person". Then when you click that, have a selection to Add to Existing Family" or Create New Family. -

Could you please clarify what you mean? You would rather have a text link that says "Add Person" on the right side fo the family profile page and then directly on the box that appears, have the option to add the person to a current family OR create a new family?

Inappropriate?Not necessarily from the family profile page...that page I think should just have a direct link to add a new person to the family. But if you go into Ministry, your choices are Create a Family or View People. I'd prefer that first button to be Add a Person (or make it an additional button) and then when you click that, be given the option to Create New Family or Add to an Existing Family. Basically, it's more user-friendly to give them the most common action they will be using (adding people) and then step them through the process, versus making them having to find the right location by drilling down through several screens to get there, as it currently does. Alternatively, have it as a new option when viewing the list of People.
