50 plus sync repeats of one "to do" entry
reqall has gone of the rails today, lol. I added a "to do" and Reqall started repeating the same "to do" some 50 odd times one after another. I tried a second entry and it did the same thing. It looked like it wouldn't have stopped had I not shut down the app. Now I'm getting 50 text messages for the one "to do" I just added. What's going on?

Inappropriate?I have a similar problem, which I've raised to support, but for me it's only with my recurring items. The to-dos affected are duplicating every 10 minutes and sending out multiple notifications - so my inbox is getting a little full! I've left everything as-is in the hope that the team will be doing some troubleshooting....soon!
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I'm sorry about this issue. Can you guys send an email with your user account details and details of when this happened, the exact post and etc. Please send this info to support@reqall.com.

Inappropriate?Hi Jessi.
Thanks for responding. I've raised the issue with support a couple of times over the past few days, but I'm not getting any response. I'll keep on waiting...then pester a little harder.
For info, this is not just affecting recurring messages as I thought: shared messages are being duplicated to recipients as well, but not as frequently. It's making the system unusable for now.
Mine is a new reQall account, so I can't comment on the usual reliability of the system - but as along time enthusiastic user of Evernote, I remain hopeful of the functionality the 2 will bring when integrated and working well. -
Inappropriate?Hi Jane, I was just checking to see that your ticket got handled in support.
-
Inappropriate?I've just received a message saying they're still looking into it, thankyou. I suspect outlook and reqall are handling recurring messages in different ways, which is leading to problems when synced. Reqall is reporting 126 overdue items (from the two items I created yesterday) whilst outlook has the same items showing as daily to dos going well into 2010! I look forward to a solution so that I can begin using the service, which I still have high hopes for.

Inappropriate?Great, Jane. I'm sure that we will have things fixed for you soon!

Inappropriate?Sorry Jessi for being a pain I admittedly get lazy about contacting support with all of the details of my trials and tribulations. However I'm not lazy enough to post the same situation as having occured again, lol. No need to answer.
"There was a problem syncing your iPhone with your Reqall account. Your unsynced list has an audio item with a formatting problem. Please delete the unsynched item and record as a new item."
Again for the record, what happens is that I make a voice entry and then it just keeps repeating the entry to infinity unless I shut down the app. Then I go in and manually delete 30 or more of the same message. Must be a bug. I've contacted support before on a different matter and got a ridiculous answer. I surrender. I can no longer listen to my audio messages because I'm using an older iPhone OS. Yes I have spent the $30 for the "PRO" version.
Once again don't worry about responding, you can only do what you can do. I'm posting this for other members to be aware of.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?@Datsyuk, I am very sorry for the problems you've had. Can you send the email address on your account to me at deb.miller@reqall.com? That will let me find the items you've sent to support. I would like to make sure we fix whatever is not working in support.
Regarding this specific issue, a fix for a repeating item bug was made earlier this week. Since you're still having the problem, that sounds to me like there's another bug. I'll check and see what I can find out. -
Inappropriate?@Datsyuk, my team says they need your account info so that we can pull the logs. It would also be helpful if we have permission to listen to the audio in your account. If you can share your info to me via deb.miller@reqall.com, we can look in to this more effectively.
