"invalide session" after reQall blackberry upgrade
I just upgraded to the latest blackberry version of reQall and after it logs me on, I keep getting "invalid session". Anyone know what this is, or how to fix?

Inappropriate?Hi Matt, I'm sorry about this issue. Our team is currently aware of this bug and working hard to fix it. I will let you know as soon as we have this issue resolved. We appreciate your with us while we are handling this.

Inappropriate?Ok, I may have solved this and leave it as a possible solution for others. The upgrade caused me problems, with the "invalid session" after login. I downgraded to the previous version, worked with no problem. Here is where I think I goofed, and so would encourage others to check this out: I downloaded the upgraded version for the Blackberry again, and everytime it asked me if I wanted to replace a reQall modules, I carefully selected "YES". I suspect that I may have clicked "NO" during the previous upgrade attempt, hence the "invalid session" problem. Hope this helps out someone else with oversized fingers (like mine)!

Inappropriate?Great! Thanks so much for the input. I will pass this information along to the team.

Hi, i didn't upgrade my app and I have the same issue, do you know the answer? I have latest version installed. It appeared two days ago. -
Inappropriate?Hi Arkadiusz, I'm sorry about this issue. Can I have you log out and log back in? If that does not solve this, please do a battery pull reset. Again, if this does not work will you send me the debug log? To send the reQallUser.db file which will help us in knowing the exact cause.
It's stored at the following location(s):
For Windows Vista:
Please go to My computer --> (C:) your C: drive --> Users --> administrator (yours may be under something different) --> AppData --> Roaming --> reQall --> reQall for Outlook --> reQallUser.db
For Windows XP:
Please go to My Computer --> (C:) your C: drive --> Documents and Settings --> administrator (yours may be listed as your name or all users) --> Application Data --> reQall --> reQall for Outlook --> reQallUser Data Base File
Please note: This file only logs debugging information, it does not contain
any user data. But it helps our debugging immensely. -
Hi, I did restart of my blackberry bold, I signed out and signed in. It didn't help. I don't use outlook so I don't have a plugin you are talking about. Any other ideas? -

Hi, I can't, I don't have it as I don't use reqall on my PC with Outlook. I don't have such directories as Application Data --> reQall --> reQall for Outlook --> reQallUser Data Base File -
Only for your request I wil install this adding for outlook an let you know of the file. but is there any connection between that what you want, outlook reqall db file with my blackberry device? -
Inappropriate?I'm sorry, I gave you the wrong set of instructions. Here is how to send the debug log for you BlackBerry.
1. Go to Options -> reQall Settings.
2. Click Menu button and select Send debug log. -
I've just sent them. Tell me if you need additional data. -
Inappropriate?Thank you, Arkadiusz!

What I can add is that when I run my blackberry on Wifi connection reqall works as before. If I switch to BIS/TCP it returns 'invalid session'. -
Inappropriate?Hi Arkadiusz, I'm sorry for the delay in my response to you. I just wanted to update you on the status of this issue. Our technical team is still reviewing the logs. I will let you know as soon as they have a resolution. Thanks for your patience!

Ok, from my side, I reloaded Blackberry os with version number 5, it didn't help, then I wiped it out again and reloaded stable version 4.6.0.303 . It is still the same. Bests, Arek -
Inappropriate?Hi Arek, I just wanted to let you know that we are still looking at our logs. I will let you know as soon as we have this resolved!
-
Hi, after some time spent fighting I discovered that Reqall, in order not to show invalid session message after login, has to be configured in 'Connection type and settings' section only in one possible combination - Type: BIS, Setting: GPMDSEU01. If those fields are different ReQall doesn't work for me (but it should).
Bests,
Arek -
Inappropriate? Thanks for the feedback on this, Arek. I will let our techs know.
-
Inappropriate?Hi Arek, our techs have confirmed this issue and also released a fix for it. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

Hi, yes, I'm having this issue each time I use different setting than BIS and GPMDSEU01 . How can I update my application? -
