Add to-dos via email or SMS
Why can't I add to-dos by texting Reqall, or by sending email to Reqall?

With reQall Pro, you can add items via email. Just send an email to post@reqallmail.com.
We do have add by SMS on our list of user-requested features. I'll add your votes to that and add an item for adding via Twitter.

Inappropriate?I agree with this and think it should be done via Twitter as it can then be done by text using a private (direct) message and through Twitter.com, various software applications, as well of course as sms text messages. For me this could be the difference between getting a premium account and not getting one.
I’m confident

If anybody else reads these old posts, maybe they can do the same...tmobile has an sms to email gateway that should allow for this to work. you would need to set up your tmobile number@tmomail.net in your contacts, I would think. -

Inappropriate?Thank you, Deb. I asked about adding via email because I can't find any mention of it in the help.
-
Inappropriate? The help doc is out of date and needs to be pulled down to avoid confusing people. Sorry about that. Here's the link to info on adding by email: http://www.reqall.com/about/reqall_email.

This like for the email feature doesn't really spell out how to use it. Is there a comprehensive manual for Reqall? I'm not grokking it very well. -
Inappropriate?We've got 3 quickstarts:
iPhone: http://www.reqall.com/about/reqall_ip...
BlackBerry: http://www.reqall.com/about/reqall_bb_qs
General: http://www.reqall.com/about/reqall_qu...
We're also working on providing additional information (and videos!!!) about how to use reQall.
Also, for email, just send an email to post@reqallmail.com. That's the key thing you need to know. It will understand things just as it does when you add by text to the web, iPhone or BlackBerry.
If you have other questions, let me know. -
Thanks, I've already seen those links, I just didn't know if sending an email would result in an SMS reminder or an EMAIL reminder, etc. Turns out you have to buy the Pro version for email anyway, so that's that. -
Actually, according to the website, my trial version of Pro should be allowing email usage...but the reply said I had to "purchase a reQall Pro account". So our trial Pro that we are all supposed to have at this point is not a fully functioning program, or did I do something wrong? -
Inappropriate?Your trial version does allow email input. The problem is probably due to email addresses. We only recognize the email address that is associated with your account. If you email post@reqallmail.com from another address, we won't recognize you and will tell you that you need to sign up for an account. If you're using the same email address, something else is going on. In that case, please forward the email you received to support@reqall.com and we'll investigate the problem.

Could you please consider adding the feature for multiple email addresses to add to one account? I would love to be able to forward action items from my work and home email addresses to one to-do list. To me, this is just as important as allowing multiple phone numbers to add items to reQall. -
Inappropriate?@ scudmissile -> it is currently on our list to allow multiple email address or even the ability to toggle email addresses. I will add your vote to our list. Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hi - Has there been any update to this? I use several email accounts and currently I use Toodledo and Evernote (both paid subscriptions) which both supply me with a personalised email address so I can forward stuff and tasks from any account. I am limited with regards to upgrading to the Pro version as this is a must-have so I can send from my work address and also because I make use of forwarding filters in GoogleMail which only support the forwarding of email from a source account which is no good for me. Appreciate some feedback as to whether this is in the pipeline?
Cheers.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hi Darren, thanks for your continued interest in this feature. This is something that we would like to implement but at this time we do not have it under construction.
