Audio playback stopped working with iphone 3GS

After I record a voice message I can no longer play it back. It syncs with no problem and the audio is uploaded and transcribed to my online reQall account but it does play back on my phone. I am using an iPhone 3GS. The audio used to play back on my iphone but it recently stopped. I think the problem happened when I upgraded to reQall 3.1. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks.
