Blackberry v windows mobile platform questions?

I love reQall (pro edition) and use it on my blackberry. My husband was impressed and wanted it for his motorola Q9m (windows mobile platform). I signed him up but can't figure out if the great cellphone interface with the little dialog bubble icon is available for the windows mobile platform? Can someone direct me to the mobile/cellphone download for the windows mobile platform?
