On Mac OS 10.5.6, in Safari Version 4 Public Beta (5528.16), Firefox 3.0.7 , and in Flock 2.0.3. I click on Edit, to the right of a contact, update a field, and click Save. -
Inappropriate?I'm on Mac OS 10.5.6 as well. Those steps work for me in Firefox 3.0.10 and Safari 3.2.1. There have been some reports of issues with Safari Version 4. We don't currently support it since it's a beta, but will be support it in a future version. I'm surprised, though, that we would get different results in the two versions of Firefox. Perhaps we're changing different fields. What field are you changing?

I've tried just changing one field at a time, and all at once. I'll download/install Firefox 3.0.10 and let you know if that version will change things for me or not. -
Inappropriate?Same issue with Firefox 3.0.10. For example, just attempting to change a contact's Email or just change the contact's Lastname fails with "Looks like reQall hit a snag - Please try again."

Inappropriate?Weird. So, 2 more questions. First, does this happen with all contacts or just a particular contact? Second, can you send an email to support@reqall.com and give us permission to take a look at your account? We may only need your email address to look at logs, but we may also need to look at your contacts to see if there's something strange going on. Mention this GS post so that we can connect the two.
