First time use of reqall - phone number & pin not recognized or accepted
Tried to use reqall by phone but it won't recognize my three phone numbers or my pin. How long does it take for my account to be activated?

Inappropriate?I would first make sure that the phone numbers on your account are 10-digit phone numbers without the leading "1" or "0". If the phone numbers are correct and you still cannot use reQall by phone, please contact us at support@reqall.com with your user name/email that you use to log in to your account. We can diagnose the problem using that information.
