Inappropriate?Hi Chris, can you send an email to support@reqall.com with your account details so that we can look into this for you? reQall should sync any item with a date to your Google calendar. Thanks!

Inappropriate?I'm having a similar issue. Added reQall to my Gcal using the feed URL...it shows up in my list of Read Only calendars, but none of my feed items ever show up in my calendar view.
-
Inappropriate?Shazzer, there are a couple of limitations using the feed URL. First, Google doesn't recognize tasks in the feed, so it will only pick up events. Events are items created in reQall that start with "Meet" or "meeting". Second, Google can take an indefinite time to actually access the feed. We've been told that sometimes it can take 24 hours or longer. These are the reasons we created the native integration with Google that's available in the Pro account. However, the feed should work as long as you use the event keyword and wait long enough.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the response Deb. I was actually able to get some "meetings" created on the reQall website to show up on my GCal thanks to some info you provided on another thread. But so far I have been unable to get voice or text items created on the iPhone app to show up in GCal, and that's what I'm really after. I'd be be glad to pay for a Pro account if my country (Sweden) was supported for dial-in, but I can't really justify it if I'm not going to be able to use all the features.

Inappropriate?Quick Update: The voice item I created on my iPhone did eventually turn up in GCal, but it took several hours to do so, which means I can make it work for items that I don't need to be reminded about in the short-term. And that's the only reason I need to get ReQall items into my GCal...so I can get a reminder by SMS. Any idea when ReQall will start supporting more a few more countries for dial-in and SMS reminders?
-
Inappropriate? As I mentioned above, using the URL feed you're limited by when GCal decides to update and that can be up to 24 hours. So, I'm not surprised that it took several hours. Even with our direct integration it will take a couple of hours.
We aren't planning to add any additional dial-in support at this time. We do support other countries for SMS reminders today (with a Pro account). We do support networks in Sweden. If you tell us your network, we can verify whether or not we can send to that network.
Hope that helps.

Hi Deb,
I guess dial-in shouldn't be a Pro account deal-breaker for me since the iPhone app allows me to add reminders by voice anyway. SMS notification is critical, however. My mobile network here in Sweden is 3. If it's supported for SMS reminders, I may have to give a Pro account a try.
I know I already mentioned this in another thread, but if there are no plans to extend dial-in support beyond the current country list, it would be nice if ReQall would consider putting together a package of features for folks living outside the US, UK and Canada. In my case, direct Gcal integration (which would take care of my SMS notification needs) and the ability to add items by e-mail would be worth paying for...say in the range of 10-12 USD per year.
Best regards,

Inappropriate?Shazzer, would that be Hi3G Access AB? That's one of the supported networks. The others are:
Spring Mobile
Swefour AB
Tele2 (Comviq)
Telenor (Vodafone)
Telia (Sonera,Mobitel)
Ventelo Sverige AB
BTW, the dial-in capability is part of the Standard account, so I believe all features in the Pro account are available in Sweden. -
True. But my point is that this key functionality is not available to folks outside of the US, UK and Canada, making reQall a fundamentally different experience for us. I think it's much harder to justify paying for a Pro account when you don't have access to a primary feature of the free one.
At any rate, I assume you mean all of the Pro features are available in Sweden *except* for the dial-in ones...which include adding items by voice and text message. It turns out that Hi3G Access AB is indeed the parent company of 3 in Sweden, so you've just about got me convinced to give Pro a shot. ;^)
