Help with account gender change.
I'm actually asking for my wife. I recommended your service to my wife and she's very happy with it. Only one small issue, under account settings, her gender is a male....
Her and i have both tried to change it to female, but when we hit save, pop up windows next to email address appears that says "this address is already registered" and does not let us change the account to female.
Please help, its not a big issue, just a bit annoying, my baby is all woman! LoL !

Inappropriate?Hmm, it sounds like maybe you are trying to sign up again? Can I have you go to this page, https://www.reqall.com/webnew/userpro... and switch it there from male to female. Remember to click Save when you are finished. Let me know how it goes! And tell your wife, we'll have her back to a girl in no time:)

Tried the webpage you suggested, it's the same one that i have been using.
Once i try to hit save, that pop up windows comes up, and doesn't let me save the male->female gender change. -
Inappropriate?Okay, I'm not able to reproduce this but another member of our team is. Can you or your wife send me an email to support@reqall.com with her account details so that we can get someone to change the gender in her account? Also, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Apparently this is a bug and I will report this to our team so that we can get it fixed.
