How can I uninstall Reqall??

I thought this would be a great program for me. I have tried and retried and cannot get it to work so I would like to remove it and move on. Since attempting to do so, neither my laptop's Outlook or Blackberry work properly.
Outlook will not connect to Exchange on my laptop since I uninstalled Reqall and restarted.
The Blackberry application still shows & opens (showing all folders are Synching) even after it has been removed from the applications and restarted.

Please advise how to properly unstall Reqall so I can get my devices back to their previous working condition.
