If you say you're starting people out with a pro account, make it so the app on the phone does not lock folks out of the pro functions. Otherwise it is confusing and irritating.

Inappropriate?Are you using a regular phone, an iPhone or a BlackBerry? On all 3 you should be able to access all Pro functions. You should not be locked out of any of them. We are experiencing some issues due to an overwhelming response to our Pro release. We are working diligently to resolve these issues. If you can tell me more about what you experienced, I can determine whether this was due to the overload, or if there is another issue. Thanks for letting us know.
