iPhone app problems

Dear Reqall,

I have to say I'm very dissappointed that I have to send you this message. When I first signed up with reqall, I was very happy with all aspects of the service. I'm really at a loss to understand why you released the 3.0 iphone app when the previous version worked perfectly fine. The new app, at least in my experience, is fraught with problems:

1) The app takes too long to open. This is in contrast to the old app, which had no delay whatsoever when one opened it. 15 seconds of the reqall startup screen followed by another 5-15 seconds of waiting for the "plus" button to actually respond is unacceptable. I'm often trying to drive and can't afford to wait 30 seconds everytime I want to create a reminder. In addition, there are random times when the "tap to start" screen is unresponsive.

2) The app crashes more often than not. Once it's running, I can add around three notes before it either becomes unresponsive or quits on its own and reverts to the iphone main screen. Then, I get to wait for it to start up again.

3) Many of my recordings are cut off prematurely. This is what catalyzed this message to you. I can't have events show up on my google calander that say "meeting tomorrow at..."

4) Syncing takes forever and resends the same note several times. Furthermore, the app does not accurately report whether I am actually synced or not. (In other words, sometimes it says I am not synced when I am, and other times, it will display that it is synced and notes I know I recorded aren't showing up aywhere else)

I love the concept of reqall, and having shopped around, decided it is at the forefront and that's why I pay for a pro account.

I essentially only use reqall for two things. To email myself reminders and to create google calendar events. Please help me with a solution to the above problems.

And please don't send me the "we're having problems due to an unexpected turnout of users signing up" excuse.

Thank you.
